Conversation statuses are used to track the progress of a conversation. Use them to keep track of which conversations you haven’t seen, still need work from your side or to mark conversations as completed, so you can better organize your WhatsApp They are also used to determine wether a broadcast or flow should be sent to a conversation or not.Documentation Index

Conversation statuses
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
Not contacted | The contact exists but has not yet contacted or been contacted by an agent. |
New | The conversation has started and hasn’t yet been answered by an agent. |
In progress | The conversation has been answered by an agent and is currently in progress. |
Closed | The conversation has been resolved. |
Resolved | Only for those that have C-SAT survey activated, after an agent marks the conversation as closed the C-SAT survey will be sent and the status Resolved will be shown. After the user answers the C-SAT or after a certain amount of time, the conversation will be then marked as closed |
In a flow | The user is currently inside a flow execution. |
Closed the conversation tags added to it will be locked and can no longer be removed. The conversation will be moved to conversation history. You can also archive the conversation automatically if you set the option under the inbox settings.
