Go to the WhatsApp Business Manager page and click on the number you wish to edit its profile.
On the window that opens, you will be able to change the profile picture, bio, apply for a green verification badge, change the category, and modify links shown. Make the desired changes to your profile, and click on "Save Changes".
Changing Your Display Name
- Go to the [WhatsApp phone numbers page] (https://business.facebook.com/wa/manage/phone-numbers) and click on the pencil next to the display name on the number you wish to modify.
- Enter the new display name that you wish to use for your WhatsApp Business account.
- Await WhatsApp name verification.
- Once your name is verified, let us know to complete the change on our platform.
Letting Us Know About Your Name Change
If you have updated your WhatsApp Business account name, please let us know at hey@hilos.io, and we will apply the change on our platform.
