Quick replies are a great way for your agents to answer to frequent questions without having to type, reducing the time it takes to answer a message and increasing the number of messages they can answer per hour.
How to create quick replies
To create a quick reply first go to your Inbox and click on a conversation. Then click on the Quick replies button on the bottom of the conversation, it has an icon of a lightning.
On the sidebar that appeared add the text you wish to add to your quick replies on the Add quick reply field and, if you wish, add tags to find the quick reply later more easily.
You can add variables to help you save time, this variables will be changed when the quick reply is sent. To use variables just click on Add variable and select the variable you wish to add. This will save you time by automatically adding the name of the contact, your name as an agent, or any other contact information. This variables are the same ones you created while creating a contact
How to use quick replies
To use quick replies go to your Inbox and click on a conversation. Then click on the Quick replies button on the bottom of the conversation, it has an icon of a lightning. On the sidebar that appeared click on the quick reply you wish to send, you can use the search bar to find it faster.
You'll see the message appear on the conversation, you can edit it if you wish and then click on Send.
